Spun Filter Cartridge 30 Inch adalah sediment filter cartridge industri berbahan 100% polypropylene yang dirancang untuk kebutuhan EPC Water Treatment, Power Plant (PLTU, PLTA, PLTG, PLTGU), serta sistem RO industri seperti SWRO, BWRO, dan CIP pretreatment dengan konfigurasi housing 30 inch.
Menggunakan struktur depth filtration (spun), cartridge ini efektif menangkap partikel halus seperti pasir, lumpur, karat, dan suspended solids, sehingga melindungi RO membrane, boiler system, dan peralatan proses kimia dari fouling dan penurunan performa.
Ukuran 30 inch menjadikannya pilihan ideal untuk skid RO modular, plant dengan ruang terbatas, serta proyek EPC yang membutuhkan fleksibilitas instalasi namun tetap menuntut performa filtrasi industri.
Description PP Spun Filter Cartridge 30 inch
PFI Spun Bonded Filter Cartridge are made up of 100% polypropylene fibers. The fibers have been carefully spunned together to form a true gradient density from outer to the inner surface. Filter cartridges are available with both core & without core version. The Filter Cartridge Spun superior structure remains integral even under severe operating conditions and there is no media migration. Polypropylene fibers are blown continuously on the central molded core, without any binders, resins or lubricants.
PFI PP Melt Blown Filter Cartridge MG Series is fusing and intertwined of polypropylene resin without any chemical glues. The cartridges are glued at random to form 3D micro pore which will make the cartridge 3 layers with fine fibers in surface and coarse fibers and deep filtration. As the fiber and density form high filtration rating and pollutants holding capacity on diameter of filter cartridge, low pressure drop, gradual changing deep filtration structure with loose outside and close inner, strong pollutants holding capacity, it can remove contaminant effectively, such as suspended substance, particulate and rust, providing efficient filtration and long service life. Mini grooved surface increases the surface area and make the cartridge has a better appearance.
